Dufferin Online is an online video magazine telling stories of community, business, real estate, charity and more that are local to Dufferin County.
Our concept is to provide original stories in video format to celebrate Dufferin County, its residents, businesses and organizations. We will feature exclusive content in video format.
Liz Skorski is a small business strategist, web designer /developer and the owner of Skorski Web Design Inc. and SWD Hosting. Liz started her company in 2004 and has created well over 500 websites.
Liz realized a career of creating functional, attractive and market savvy websites would give free reign to both her logical and creative sides. She enjoys the challenge that researching, designing, creating and implementing each new website brings. What differentiates Liz is a combination of solid work ethic and a commitment to working collaboratively with clients. Using laymen’s terms and meeting one on one with the customer, Liz helps ensure a comfortable, mutually beneficial business relationship where customers can be confidant the end product truly reflects their values, their business, their tastes and personality.
Believing in the “Live here, Buy here” principle, and supporting local business success is very important to Liz. She is a proud member of the Dufferin Board of Trade and a director on the board (2013-present), committee Chair of Dufferin Women in Business (2014-present) and Executive at 100+ Women Who Care Dufferin (May 2018- present).
New technology is always emerging and ongoing education is important to Liz. She invests considerable time into skill-building, retraining and monitoring new web technologies to ensure she is “on trend” and able to effectively meet client expectations. When not busy learning or working one on one with clients, you’ll find Liz indulging her other creative abilities: creating lampwork glass beads, sewing/ quilting and photography. She lives with her husband, children and dogs in the beautiful countryside of Amaranth.
RaDeana Montgomery is A MULTI-DIVERSE COMMUNICATOR with a specialty in: TELEVISION PRODUCTION, SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT, PUBLIC RELATIONS and WRITING
Montgomery, is the Creative Director of RAM Media Video and Social Media Management. She is a creative, highly organized business professional, who has acquired over 20 years’ experience in Journalism, Broadcast and Video Production, Public Relations as well as 10 years’ experience in Social Media Management.
RAM Media is YOUR go-to inbound marketing company that gives a voice to businesses, by creating strategies to share their stories across vast platforms of social media. Montgomery is an advocate for utilizing the power and creativity of video, to capture the attention of viewers and increase.
As the eyes and ears of many local businesses, Montgomery has the pulse on what people are talking about online, and ensures content is strategically aligned to meet the trends and conversations of the client.
Utilizing her background and education as a print journalist and as a television producer/host for national broadcast organizations (The Weather Network and Rogers TV) , Montgomery brings over 20-years, experience as a “storyteller” to effectively create well watched and produced videos, for Real Estate Agents, Entrepreneurs and Organizations. Experienced in editing, camera shooting, writing television scripts, on-camera interviewing and reporting, and producing and directing live productions.
Montgomery is a graduate with a Diploma in Print and Broadcast Journalism from Humber College as well she has obtained an Honours Post Gradute Certificate from Seneca College in Corporate Communications and Event Management.
Montgomery has won numerous awards including the Dufferin Women in Business Networker of the year in 2016, an Arts and Culture Grant from the Town of Orangeville as well as received the silver medal in the Orangeville Readers Choice Awards for Promotional and Branding in 2017.
She is also a mentor and teacher in social media management hosting seminars for The Town of Orangeville, The Town of Shelburne, and independent twice a year seminars.

Montgomery is the mother of two adult children, Cailey and Brianna, and has been married for 26 years to her best friend Brian. She has been a resident of Dufferin County for over 30 years, and loves the diversity of the county, and close proximity to all amenities. She is excited to embark on her new venture Dufferin Online, making video more accessible for entrepreneurs in Dufferin County. In her “spare time” she loves cruising in her ’31 Ford Coupe, reading and making fun items with her Cricut.
